McDonald's Thornbury Roundabout Bradford.

Too many times I have been through the drive through been handed 'freshly' cooked food to find it clap cold. Luckily this time I actually checked the fries and burgers before we pulled away. All the fries were cold, and handed back, then the happy meal cheese burger minus pickles was just a plain burger, so that returned. My mums quarter pounder was aired but she was so hungry she just ate it. We get all the replacement food with the guy being so generous and giving my little boy some medium fries instead of happy meal fries, they did not give us large fries as a replacement for cold medium one but I was past caring. So I pull away (wondering if they'd spit in the food because the guy at the window was not happy - maybe to do with the people in front complaining too), I passed my little boy his cheese burger and went to get some nice hot fries LMAO they were like warm even in the centre of the pack. But I didn't have the energy to go back. Then we just got onto the dual carriageway and my little boy said, I dont like this it has bits in it.....???? Yup you guessed it there were pickles in his burger yayayay 🤬🤬🤬

Seriously, how hard is it to get an order right and serve hot food? I said to my mum, I could not remember the last time we had a Macdonald's served hot!! I wouldn't mind if it was the same store each time but it's not. I don't generally do junk food but it was late and my little one was starving, so I gave in. It will be a very long time before I visit...

Worst Mcdonalds drive through ever

Went through the drive through and placed an order and paid at the next window, went to the collection window to be advised to wait in the collection parking bays which there are two of. These were already occupied so waited in the main car park close to the collection bays. Got out of the car so the staff could see me.

Stood here for ten mins whilst other drive through customer came and went without any sign of my food.

Asked a member of staff that was coming out to deliver food to one if the other customers and was told to wait 5 mins for the fries.

Waited another ten minutes and no sign of the food.

Asked again to be told to wait again. The food did arrive after around 25 minutes of waiting.

Would have been easier going in and ordering.

I understand that it was a busy period but cannot justify why I was the only one waiting when others that came along time after me were being swiftly served as a drive through should be. Many of the other orders also had fries so not sure what was special about my fries that they took so long compared to others.

Overall a very disappointing experience which I let the staff know about. The staff member was apologetic and to his credit he tried his best to speed up the delivery from when I first prompted on the delay, however the business as a whole...

I've had a great service in the past, however I've had disgraceful service with staff with serious attitude problems and lack customer service experience. One example was that entered their drive thru at 10.29am and the breakfast menu was still on display so I asked for pancakes and in response I was told breakfast is finished, so in response I told them what time it is and the young man said it 10.30 and 40 seconds. No offence to the idiot who works there I actually work for a bank and time is key! Anyway the manager apologised and tried to resolve the complaint by asking me to drive back to Macdonald's and he will make pancakes. Today I joined the drive thru and I was told they have no drinks and all they can offer is bottled drinks as they ran out of stock...I said so why hasn't anyone put any notices up as I have to now queue and in response I was told "it's not my fault".. a 24hrs...
