Bradford Moor Park — Attraction in Bradford

Park used to be better about 15 years ago. Maybe that's because parks used to be maintained better!

There is a real infestation of rats and mice around the pond area. This is because some individuals believe that ducks can eat whatever they like, including mouldy bread!

Please stop feeding ducks because it will eventually kill them with the stuff some people feed.

I once was a huge pile of bread just thrown on the grass. It was there for a number of days because the mould started to attack it.

On the positive side of things, I'm still happy to see that there events that still happen at this place. At these events, there are rides, food stall and so on. Makes the place look lively.

Could improve on getting new courts and getting rid of the "old man's bowling yard" which has been around...

I have been to Habib's restaurant but wasn't aware that there is a beautiful park just behind it. This is a good looking park with lot of grass to cover. There is a walking lane all along the park with 4 boxes of playing area. I went there during winter so the lake was frozen partly and the swans were wading through the water with no discomfort. I loved the set up of the park and the pleasure you get once you complete full circle walk. The buildings on the other side of the road gives this park an edge and a wallpaper finish which will work wonders for the photographs clicked here. Go and have fun, let's get the...

What a waste!! Just another example of failing Bradford council. Located on my doorstep but seldom visited. It's ok if you want to take kids just to the playground area as it does have the usual swings/ slides etc, but nothing special. Likewise, the rest of the park is uninspiring with features that would have made for a really good park being horribly mismanaged, for example the path around the large pond has probably never been cleaned so littered with duck faeces or the pond itself just a graveyard for all the plastic and food containers...
