I ordered a chicken Parmesan and chocolate milkshake. The chicken Parmesan was fantastic. What ruined the experience for me was the milkshake I received and the customer service. I was sent a vanilla milkshake, not even an ounce of chocolate and when called to ask, I was told this is how they make the chocolate shakes? The manager had a really bad attitude and stated that their milkshakes are a best seller, I highly doubt that as they’re known for their Parmesans which are actually really good. What disappointed me most was his challenging attitude, telling me they would show me cctv of making the shake or saying they’d add half a bottle of chocolate sauce next time they make it for me sarcastically. I ordered from them last night before they were going to close and they gave me the wrong parmason. It was to late to call back as thry said they were closing , we didn't eat all of it as it was not nice, called them the next day, they said we cannot do anything about it and no refund or exchange. I am very dissapointed with there custoner service.

They were very humble when they first started however there downfall of any business or person is when they think they are too big big when they are not and get extremely arrogant. Ordered a parmesan chicken from here a few days ago, it was really bad.

I ordered a chicken parmesan, steak chips and garlic mayonnaise alongside a few drinks.

The chicken parmesan was bad. Really bad. The sauce on top tasted sour, almost spoiled in a way and that flavour seeped into the chicken. Either that, or the chicken was also spoiled.

The chips were nice. Not seasoned but well made.

The garlic mayo consisted of HUGE chunks of (Raw?) garlic mixed with mayonnaise. I've never seen garlic mayo made like that before.
