Love this place without a doubt will come back again!!!

We came up to Yorkshire to celebrate a family event and decided to come to this family run Italian restaurant as it’s the only other one that was open in the town (other one was closed). The staff were all so lovely and helpful helping us choose what to eat, the owners dad was singing and whistling while serving it was a great vibe. All the customers were speaking Italian and the place was full so we knew we came to the right place! We even ended up seeing the owner and her dad in the cafe we went to the next morning haha!

Now the food, they had a deal for three courses I think it was £18 We got the calamari, garlic bread and king prawns Maybe because we opted for the deal we got served smaller portions but that’s no issue you get what you paid for however the king prawns were not king prawns at all, they were very small and were regular prawns and only 5 came. They were the size of a 10p coin. Also didn’t come with shells (which upon asking about why these aren’t king prawns which we didn’t get an answer to, they have no shells because the community doesn’t like it which is understandable) the sauce however was spicy but not too much and had a great fresh tomato flavour!! The calamari was delicious the sauce was also great, and the garlic bread was soft and pillowy, great to dip into the sauce of the prawns!!

The mains were a very big let down, lacking of flavour but good portions. I got the mixed seafood linguine in tomato sauce, my friend got the lobster ravioli and my other friend got the chicken, cream and pesto pasta I believe. My pasta was a generous portion with plenty of seafood however had no flavour, no salt or pepper no garlic nothing it was just as if they just stirred the pasta with the sauce and seafood and just put it on a plate. My friends lobster ravioli didn’t taste of lobster at all just of fish, like sickening fishy, I think they may use seafood bouillon or fish paste in the sauce or ravioli, no complaints from the chicken cream and pesto friend but he eats anything really haha. The pasta itself was cooked really well and aldente! I think they sensed we didn’t like it and did offer to change our pastas however we didn’t want to complain as they were so lovely!!!

Also the wine we ordered was a white wine and we got a bottle, it was warm… and we realised it came out of the box it had came in and wasn’t in the fridge at all. The wine cooler they put on the table that had the wine in had a few measles ice cubes at the bottom and was plastic… so didn’t do a good job at all. Surely, Knowing you’ve not got a properly chilled wine, you would provide a proper cooler and more ice, nevertheless the bottle of Pinot Grigio was delicious.

The service and dessert is where they won us over, they had a special dessert of Trilece (they import the caramel from Albania, and the homemade tiramisu! These were to die for, even though we were stuffed we practically licked our plates clean. We ended our dinner with a lovely chat with all the staff about what there is to do in Haworth and Keighley and Limoncello on the house. The food is extremely reasonably priced but I’m coming up from London so I’m not going to blab on about that haha, and they don’t even add service to their bills. They said that their menu is expensive to where they are. 3 courses for each person ( we were three people) and a bottle of wine £75 !!!!!! I highly recommend this place if you’re nearby and if I ever go back up to Keighley I will be visiting again!!!

I don't think the lady who greeted us understood we had booked. I kept saying we have booked. She kept saying table for two. She put us on a table right next to the toilet away from others, up a step and away from the nicely set tables. Our table had any old serviettes where other empty tables were red and beautifully folded. There were filthy windows at the back of restaurant to one side of us. Huge cobwebs hung at the side of fireplace where a skirting board held it up along with cobwebs between a Christmas tree and storm lamp on the fireplace - it is now May! There were Christmas lights on the logs in the fire well. The fireplace itself looks like it came out of a local dumpit site. This place did not have any of the drinks I chose - medication stops me having alcohol, so I had to have water. My caprese salad came without balsamic vinegar so I got up to ask for it. The lasagne was 2 inches square - the smallest I've ever seen!!! It was swimming in tomato sauce. The penne dish went cold quickly and was soon dried up. When the food arrived the waiter shouted at us not spoke, then thanked us in GERMAN??? We are Yorkshire through and through. We had to get up again to ask for desert menu and chose one but could we have two spoons please. The waitress forgot what we wanted so came back. When we went to the bar to pay, the bill was not ready. Some tables were still not occupied when we had finished. We were...

Food is great, value is great, we have gone to the old restaurant through many owners and tried the new one tonight, pleasant cosy restaurant, friendly staff and great food..one big bear that hasn't changed from the previous location, when you finish your meal there is no interaction, we finished a lovely meal were offered a dessert menu which we were too full to partake and rather than ask 'anything else?' we were just left, we would have happily had another drink before leaving but had to go to the bar and ask for the bill as we were just left sat at the table, this happened at the previous location we were a party of 8 and waited for some attention after the main course so long to order dessert we just have up and went to the bar and asked for a bill, it's such a shame that the lovely reception received on entering the restaurant isn't carried on throughout the visit, they must be losing a fortune on people like us that just get fed up,...

We came to ponte vecchio as a big group for mother’s day and the food was lovely. The staff were very friendly, approachable and were happy to change a few things for us like have the calzone as a flat pizza instead. It was the best pizza i’ve had in a long time. The only thing I would say is that for kids I would’ve liked more drinks suitable for them, such as a capri sun or a fruit shoot? As we had to order them orange or apple juice and it came in a glass and it was quite dangerous for my 2 year old. Everything else was perfect thank you so much :)
