Have been going here for several years now and never had a bad meal. Service always good, attentive but never over bearing. Was there last night, 19/01/22, with my brother. Was allowed to choose where we wanted to sit as wanted somewhere quiet and away from others due to Covid. Ordered popadoms, 2 starters and for my mains I ordered a signature balti dish. Got the Charle Seafood special. Never had this dish before. Well it was excellent. One of best dishes I have ever tried in any Indian restaurant. Very big portion. Loads of king prawns, prawns and fish. Menu says it’s medium but any hotter or spicier would have been to much for me but this was just right. If you like seafood and spicy food in big portions try this dish. I would highly recommend it. Just to add another update. Was there again last night. 17/05/22. Another excellent meal with great service. Pictures added of last night's meal. Another update. 27/07/22. Another great meal. Portions as always good. Service good. Food great. I had Chicken Punjabi. Described as Spicy and for those experienced in Asian cuisine. Right at the edge for me. Any hotter I doubt I could have eaten it. But this was bang on for me. Hot but not oppressive. This visit merits another 5 out of 5 for me.

So we visited Balti House and were greeted very warmly from the staff. We were asked to take a seat on the sofa and were offered drinks. We asked to be sat in an area not too bright and they were happy to accommodate. The food menu is quite large with such a variety of dishes, I'm sure anyone could find the dish they desire. The starters were very nice, really tasty and overall great starters. When it came to the main I was blown away. I've had many Asian restaurant night outs and this was by far one of the tastiest places I've been! I was planning on saving some to take home but loved it so much that I ate myself into a food coma. The curries are to die for and the garlic naan was superb. When it comes to anything garlicky they actually leave small chunks of garlic in the food which my partner loved. In total it cost us around £45 for the meal so although on the pricier side it was definitely worth the trip down.

Keighley's hidden little Gem! Hidden away in a car park is this beautiful authentic curry house. The outside is made of a stunning light stone with pillars at the entrance, and the inside is very large with an open plan design displaying beautiful shades of yellow and red. The food was delicious and fairly priced, full of flavour with generous portions! Their garlic naan is quite frankly the best I've had. Definitely worth a visit if in the area!

Terrible experience with balti house this evening. Been a really good customer for years. Tonight had a terrible experience with a new member of staff. My daughter ordered prawn masala amongst her order. But the guy on the other end didn't seem to understand what she was saying. She kept saying Prawn masala so clear. She must have said this more than 5 times. Till the guy understood. Half hour later a prawn salad and rice turned up with another order. Where's prawn masala? So we had already opened rice. So calls up to explain telling she had said 5 times so send prawn masala out another half hour rice is cold and masala turns up. No rice in which we should have received as other stone cold. Your meant to send the full order up. So calls up and ends up trying to explain this to the manager who doesn't seem to care saying we sent the order up just masala. What don't you get send the rice too cos this order cost £25 .00 so my whole order has literally gone to waste. Can't eat masala without the rice or rice without masala. The manager wasn't interested and when I asked for the rice he said come get it. Some attitude that is. I called back to try resolve the issue as I had phone put down on me first time and made my daughter out to be a lyer. I'm not happy. So I explained to the other guy again and he said they were sorry and would only charge for 1 order next time. But it's put me off that bad I don't want to ever order again.so my orders gone .word of advice to balti house make sure you employ staff with good listening skills because there was nothing wrong with my daughter vocal cords and better customer service attitude and resolution. I feel...
