Sunbridge Wells — Restaurant in Bradford

I recently visited the upper level night club and was quite disappointed with my encounter with the doorman. While I understand that doormen have a challenging job in managing access to the club, my experience was far from pleasant.

Unfortunately, the doorman came across as unfriendly and unprofessional. There was a noticeable lack of courtesy and respect in the way I, and others, were treated. It's essential for a doorman to ensure the safety and security of the club, but it's equally important to do so while treating patrons with respect and dignity.

My discomfort was exacerbated by what seemed like a lack of consistency in the doorman's decision-making process. Some individuals were allowed entry with ease, while others faced undue obstacles. This inconsistency added to the frustration and confusion.

Furthermore, I was disappointed by what appeared to be a lack of willingness to address issues raised by clubgoers. Effective communication and conflict resolution skills are essential in this role, and it seemed lacking in this particular instance.

In conclusion, my experience with the doorman at [the upper lever night club] left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I hope that the club management can take steps to ensure a more positive and respectful experience for all patrons...

Rude staff,the gate was open so me and my partner ventured in it was 1.58(it opened at 2pm ),looked me up and down because I was I'm a wheelchair, asked how we got in ,explained the front gate was open and even tho there was 2 people in there we got told to go bk to the gate and wait all for the sake of 2 minutes bare in mind it was raining outside and cold ,I told her I didn't like her attitude and appreciate that there was 2 minutes before opening but she could have handled it alot better ,her attitude could have been alot better considering she works with the public ,I didn't see the problem with us waiting in the corridor when other clearly were and never got told to go bk for the sake of 2 minutes,never will I grace them with my custom ,and they boast its wheelchair friendly when it is not the cobbles are too much and the staff attitude stink ,I leave reviews everywhere I go and never have I been somewhere I felt so belittled by a woman half my age ! I would recommend giving it a wide berth unless you want speaking to...

How come I don't know about this place, I live in Bradford. This is something that is privately owned. I will increase my star rating when I find this hidden place.

I did find the place, eventually, asking people where it was, no-one knew, no signpost or didn't see any. Did eventually find it. But had my shopping trolley with me and the stairs were a problem

Will still give it one star till I finally go in. (Get it signposted no one knows about it) still a mystery will keep you informed. I finally got in Wednesday and realized what day it couldn't see any opening tine, will try again later, hope when I finally get in won't be disappointed, will keep you informed.

I find Sunbridge wells disappointing sorry to have to make this comment. Think it's mainly a drinking...
