I recently placed an order at KFC Keighley with high hopes, enticed by their promise of a swift delivery within 10-20 minutes. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected, leaving me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated.
First and foremost, the biggest letdown was the delivery time. The initial estimation of 10-20 minutes turned into an excruciating wait of over 1 hour and 25 minutes. This delay not only left us hungry and irritable but also completely disrupted our plans for the evening. The lack of communication from KFC regarding the delay only added to our frustration.
Upon finally receiving our order, the disappointment continued. The food arrived cold, as if it had been sitting around for a considerable amount of time. The crispy fried chicken that I had been eagerly anticipating was now disappointingly soggy and unappetizing. It's clear that the extended delivery time had a significant impact on the quality of the food.
To make matters worse, our order was incomplete. We were missing the sauces that are an essential part of the KFC experience. It's baffling how such a basic oversight could occur, especially when paying for a complete meal.
Even the side of chips, which should have been a staple in our order, was noticeably scarce. The portion was incredibly small, leaving us feeling like an afterthought rather than valued customers.
Overall, my experience with KFC Keighley was extremely disappointing. The excessively long delivery time, coupled with cold food, missing sauces, and a paltry serving of chips, made this meal far from enjoyable. I had hoped to indulge in a satisfying KFC meal, but instead, I was left with a sense of frustration and regret.

Read moreI ordered a 8 piece boneless banquet drive through with 2 x sides sweetcorn usually 4 sweetcorn on a stick, 4 x Garlic mayonnaise. The person who served me was polite and it wasn't busy in fact there was only us. In fact went last week as well and place was empty, A few years back used to us KFC regular and eat in and very lucky to get a seat. I asked myself why so empty and heard rumours about drive through people leaving with food missing in their order, when I ordered they brought the bottle of Diet cola to us while waited for the order.
He gave us the brown bag all folded in and with it being cold decided to trust them and not check, I drove home and started to serve the food and the 2 x sides where missing the four sweetcorn. Its the other side of town and heard of this happening many times peoples orders being short. I don't know if they do this on purpose or they just don't listen when your ordering. But what gets me its their jobs to get it right as I won't be going back again, I didn't really fancy the sides anyway but that is not the point I paid for them, if I never heard of this happening on a regular base I would of gone back, it happens so often in these fast food place its fast food because it soon goes because you don't get all you ordered, the worst one...

Ordered 4 piece of Chicken on its own paying around 1.99 each but in return this people cheat us giving 2 actual pieces and another 2 waste piece which is absolutely cheating. We ordered 4 pieces so that 4 people can eat well but on seeing the parcel we where shocked. Just 2 actual pieces and the other 2 some waste left out piece fried and adjusted that to an whooping amount of around 8 pounds. This is not the way to deal with customers in Keighley. Hope the management understands this. What if I have ordered each one one order then we would have got the correct exact chicken piece. Very pathetic experience I hope no one gets cheated like this anymore. Please be cautious regarding this, specially to the innocent ones who are getting cheated. Buy the end of the day every penny counts not the business and the management like this specially only in Keighley which I have come across. Hope things would be corrected.
