Frankly the coffee was nothing special but, what let me give 2 stars was the very unpolite guy at the front door, he was rude and confusing. He disappeared, we saw that someone went out from the shop so we get in following the covid rules, he came to us and say that we must to wait outside and he will tell us when we can get in (he said in a very rude way), we shown him that there are no sign that say to wait there and he said "because I'm at the front door... It must be nearing Halloween! Today my little 2.5yr old nephew was denied a flake for his gingerbread latte.. They had no gingerbread men left to garnish what is usually a 5 star drink.. But not today.. They had ran out of these little gingerbread men so we asked whether she could have a flake instead. But no, denied! We were told that the flake was for a different drink and we would have to pay more. So we replied that we would like some money back for the missing gingerbread man, so that we could then purchase a flake....

this store brainmakes me realise why I like being in costa coffee in Freeport the staff are friendly and polite and give you the best service available most of the time they are busy that's why when you wait for your coffee and snacks you are getting fresh and hot you look around the empty tables are always clean and the floor spotless have used the toilet no change always cleaned regular and what ever food I've eaten they have always tasted fresh and not dry thanks to the staff inside thanks to you all have a great...
