I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered pizza and sides at 6:45pm. Settled down to watch programs and hopefully tuck into a pizza at the same time. An hour later, 7:45pm, app states pizza is finally out for delivery. So we wait. At just gone 8pm, I decide to ring the place, as it’s only 5 minutes down the road. The staff member checks and says it’s out for delivery and should be with you in a few minutes. After 15 minutes I call back. Another staff member apologies and says the driver should be with us soon as according to his log, he is due back at the place in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, and by this time it has been 2 hours since our order was placed, I call back again and ask to speak to the manager. This incompetent man then tries to tell me that not only has the driver been to our address (which we’ve been standing in looking out of the front window waiting for our pizza in for the last hour) but he has also called me to which he got no reply, and this to the same phone that has been in my possession the whole time, has been used to call the place 3 times and which has not rung once. So either the driver is lying to the manager or he manager is lying to me, a paying customer. I was given the wrong order, I called and the store contacted the driver who collected and delivered my order however the order had been opened and food had been taken. I called the store who advised me that they would remake the order and get it delivered. 30 minutes has passed and I called to chase, Jerome who claimed to be the store manager said that it been made again but delivered to the wrong house??? Again??? Obviously this is a blatent lie. At this post we were 90 minutes past rhe original order time. When I asked why the original order had been given to me after it had been given to someone else no explanation was offered. He said that sometimes it’s still in the drivers car - but obviously at this point the store knew that wasn’t the case. Whoever received my order could have done anything to that food and with covid I am utterly astounded and incredibly disappointed that in order to save a few pounds that that same food was then presented to me. And to add further frustration i was lied to by the store manager who claimed a 2nd order had been incorrectly delivered which. Read moreI used to work at Domino’s and have always ordered now and then from them. The standard of this store now is shocking. I ordered a pizza which was terrible, called them up, took a photo, they offered me a discount on our next order but I said I just want a replacement pizza to enjoy, so they collected and delivered a new one but the new one was worse than the original! After calling back to explain that it’s worse than the original the lady who I spoke to who told me she was the manager couldn’t care less, refused to give me her name and said there’s nothing she can do and that was that!
Won’t be ordering from them again, really frustrating to be honest.
