Plates and leftovers on tables EVERYWHERE, downstairs disabled toilet only available and it absolutely stank. Was worried I’d catch something. Ceiling falling apart above where food is made. No food hygiene in place. No hand washing in sight cross contamination, no hair nets, two staff on site that were just about 18 years old. Spent £50, probably the worst experience of my life. Forrero rocher was out of date in my food. Napkins came dirty. I had to sit by the back as all tables were filthy. Honestly do not bother. Soon be shut. Clearly reliant upon just eat orders. Also if you have a pushchair or are in a wheelchair don’t walk in and to the left you’ll be trapped and have to go all the way back round to access facilities. If I was a little fatter I wouldn’t have been able to fit between the seating. Ridiculous somewhere like this is able to trade this badly with such poor hygiene and staffing in this...

I have to reckon that I'm still going to this place because is the only one open and which you can go with kids after 6 but the last 4-5 times I went I left really dessapointed and angry. It doesn't matter the size of the hot drink you asked, or if you want ice cream or not or whatever with your hot chocolate, the person who was at the counter put always the most expensive option. The first time he did, his answer to my complain was that I didn't specify what size I wished, of course he had charged me already and didn't offer me any kind of refund. The following times I have specified what I wanted when I placed my order, even so, I had to be attentive to the screen and rectify it in every occasion for not to be charged for something that I don't want to pay for or even drink or eat. Poor customer service. Had to wait 15mins to be seated even though they were not busy. 1 table at back of was clear. Tables that were empty had not been cleared. Once ordering our cake and drink we had to wait about 20mins to come out. When finally did come out we had to ask for spoons for our cake as none was provided beforehand. My friends autistic son was with us and his dessert and vanilla milkshake (which was not stated on menu that flavour was available) came out about 10mins after we had been served. No serviettes provided and also food counter was dirty. Will not be reccomending this place to family and other friends. If my friends autistic boy had not been with us we would have walked out.
