so disappointed in this pizza hut delivery service. was told via the app that the food would be between 35-45 mins which is a fair time, when I got to an hour waiting I looked and saw that if the pizza was later after the latter time there was a £10 voucher off our next order. so I phoned the shop and was first told it was round the corner and was nearly with me and then told to phone back the next day to get my voucher as there was no manger. when I questioned why there was no on duty manger the guy replied he was the on duty manger but didn't know how to do this. but his next response was great as he told me if I phoned after 4 the next day he was back in and could do it for me. #confused. so I went back to waiting for my "round the corner pizza" 15 mins later on again and I ring back. same guy telling me the same thing its round the corner! Not knowing which corner in what town or city in the uk my pizza is round I cancel my order!! Hungry angry EX customers. Read moreAwful awful experience, the app took my home address despite me amending it as I wasn’t there, I called the shop & was told he couldn’t change the address & I would have to cancel, there is no cancel option. Called back & only then the, very rude, man on the phone decided he would now. change the address so plainly just didn’t fancy doing it, despite this the driver still turned up at the wrong address, he called me but didnt understand so I called the shop again & the rude man sighed audibly down the phone & then started getting very stroppy with me. After all this the pizza turned up at 13.45 after a 12.18 order time & the driver chastised me as HE had wasted his time! Absolute shambles! Read moreORDER ELSEWHERE - Ordered a bbq base pizza, they made it with tomato, when I called to tell them they told me to get in contact with customer services for a refund (did not bother to try and rectify the mistake they had made) so I got in contact with customer services and sent them pictures of the incorrect order. A week later they emailed me to say they had finally got in contact with the hut and the hut had denied that I had rang them (even though I can show my phone log) so although I had proof of the call and the incorrect order.
