AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! We had a large family party here yesterday and the service was horrendous. We waited over 30 mins just to be served 8 cokes! Then unfortunately things took a turn for the worst. We had the most rude waiter I have ever encountered in my life, who dropped a glass on someone and didnt even apologise, then abruptly and rudely told them to 'move their glasses' off the table. At this point we decided to leave. However when one of our family members got up to walk out, the waiter ran after him and assaulted him. We had 4 very distraught young children with us who had to witness this and who are still terrified. To make things worse, the manager had the audacity to come out of the restaurant (where we were waiting for the Police to show up) and try to condone the behaviour of her out of control employee. All we wanted was a nice family meal together celebrating a birthday but yet ended up with over an hour talking to the police with our young children completely traumatised by it all. Absolutely disgusting. Dodgy restaurant, dodgy...

It was OK. I believe that this place is overrated. It gets quite loud inside due to the large number of people cram in. The service was OK because they never checked on my table until we were ready to leave.

Additionally, they only brought out one order of chips even though we paid for two orders. They gave the excuse of not wanting our chips to get cold. It was a table of two. Why did they assume that we would share the cup of chips?

Then the server gives the bill to the lady that I was with after I asked for it, and he ask me if I would be paying for all of the food. Servers should not be assuming who is paying for the bill. Just bring the check. I will not be returning. I will not recommend it. I can cook a better steak at home with my eyes closed.

The best dishes were the black beans and me dipping my chips into the mushroom sauce. Too much assumptions from the servers in this overrated establishment, and the meat quality is not impressive. They are making a big profit from selling unlimited low...

After so many years of going to this place i feel this place is going downhill Today again was a disaster and i had to pay over 90£ of poor service Restaurant wasnt even full and waiters were running around like headless chickens and i had to keep asking for top ups when usually i never needed and nothing was ever missing on our table so when we would get to the bill part it wouldn’t be so difficult because this place is charging more and more everytime we go the price keeps going up…which us and any other family wouldn’t mind if the service was great and food but this hasnt been the case so everytime i go thetford i try to give another chance but things keep being the same so we just eat what we can and leave. Mrs as well been feelimg that the cuts of meet havent been the same as they were years ago and now its just 90% fat that isnt everyone cup tea Just disappointed to pay what i pay everytime we go and theres no costumer service and food anymore to...
