Very poor quality all around and very poor hygiene.

We were on holiday staying at premier Inn one night and then going to center parcs the next day. So decided to go into town and decided to choose the wetherspoon as they are normally reliable and have decent standards, as we have been to one in liverpool,Southport ,bury greater Manchester, and Trafford centre Manchester which have all been warm friendly and inviting and standards high.

This time we walked in and ordered food through the app and was soon brought our drinks and then was brought someone elses food order which we turned away about 5 mins later our order turned up which was great very fast.we were given the cutlery which one of the forks still had somebody's left over curry on and a knife which had food stains on so I politely asked if we could have a new knife and fork as they have not been cleaned, the response I got was " you can but you'll have to wait so it's upto you if you want them or wait" I said I think I'd rather wait than eat off something that's been in someone else's mouth, could not been believe it was offered as an option like it was a normal accurance.

The food that we had was very bland and dry completely different to any other whethspoon we have been to. I would definitely avoid this restaurant and I would hope there is a food hygiene inspection at...

Nicest thing about this establishment is the old building with lots of Thetford history placed along the walls.

It gets 1 star because the food is just abysmal, I know it is meant to be affordable breakfast for the price, but for what you get I am still not happy paying £5+ for a breakfast that has not been cooked properly.

Tomatoes were not grilled long enough, mushrooms were over cooked and slimy, sausages are just terrible quality (I imagine coming from Brakes), I had fried eggs which were not even cooked in the middle and raw! Which I have never seen eating out. The nicest thing about the breakfast was the free refill coffee to wash down the horrible and disappointing taste of the fry up. Also, why do you microwave beans? It’s a terrible idea and I will call you up on it.

For a chain which makes a lot of profits, I would expect them to listen to customer feedback and not just do what they want, I was so unhappy with the breakfast that I wanted to complain about it to the person serving me but as they came to pick it up they didn’t even acknowledge my presents and just picked it up and walked off. Terrible customer service.

If I want a decent cooked breakfast I will go to Tall...

Apart from the tables being separated with perspex I saw no other decent COVID-19 procedures, no face masks anywhere even walking through and around, (I understand while people are eating and drinking), then the girl serving walked off while we were asking for sauces and salt, eventually returning to be re asked . The food was terrible, the curry was inedible as the chicken was rubbery and tough, the rice was dry like it was sat around for a day then reheated and the portion size was pathetic, the poppadum had a piece of white plastic cooked onto it, the mango chutney was missing, when we asked for it by the time it arr9ved the naan had already been mostly (where possible) eaten! The lettuce in the burger was gross, and unappetizing, the whole experience was terrible and we love a wetherspoons usually.. we wouldn't ever return to this place as since eating a few of the prawns I ordered I've had terrible stomach cramps and the prawns were the only food I ate. The place wasn't...

When we arrived at our table, it was overcrowded with dirty dishes. We sat down, and for about 10 minutes, no one came to clear it. I ordered drinks and food, and when one of the waiters brought our drinks, she noticed the dishes piling up on the table. She took away some plates but left the cups. Later, when they brought our food, the cups were still there, and no one cleared them. So, we ended up sitting with dirty dishes on the table throughout our meal. I’ve ordered the Sticky Korean Fried Chicken Bowl with chips a few times, and it’s always been delicious with a generous portion. However, this time it was a disappointment. The fries came with little sauce and there wasn’t as much meat as usual.

It’s good compared to other Wetherspoons. Empty glasses are collected regularly and tables are cleaned fine. The toilets are clean. We’ve been here twice now and it’s not too busy even though it’s weekend. The dinner is fine, but their Korean chicken bowl was not great. Curry is okay like other spoons. I tried their new pancakes with fruits. They’re much better than other breakfast places, but they so much maple syrup! I’m sure there are people who like that, but that was just too much. The amount of fruits were good too.

Stopped off in Theftford and found this lovely Wetherspoons... Very clean, light and spacious inside. Staff were friendly too. The ladies toilets were located upstairs, with a wide entrance area with chairs. The toilets were lovely and clean. Being a Tuesday it would have been rude not to have ordered from the Steak Club menu... The Gammon was amazing; the meal was one of the best Wetherspoons meals we've had in a long time. We would thoroughly recommend and if passing we would stop here in future.
