Costa Coffee Thetford Drive Thru — Restaurant in Breckland District

Wouldn't even bother worst coffee establishment I have encountered, I get it was free drink weekend but I arrived to have the drive thru closed, so thought OK will go in l. Upon getting in only 1 man at the till and a couple in front so not busy. 2 staff members on shift after standing for over 10 minutes I eventually walked out not even getting a drink as the staff not only didn't even acknowledge and apologise just blanked I was there. Advertised on Google Maps and the door of the branch as open until 1830 on Sundays. Decided to walk there (30 mins) to cut out an unnecessary car journey, only to find the door being locked at 1758. I recently visited Costa in Thetford Retail Park and was really disappointed with the service. The staff came across as rude, mainly because they ignored customers and spent the whole time chatting to each other through their headsets rather than engaging with us.
