Food is great and the manager is a delight, but the service is the worst I've ever experienced anywhere. Serving staff consisted of two young girls who showed a complete inability to handle human interactions professionally or personally. We were brought the wrong food twice. One server tried to defuse the situation by blaming the other. Our food was accidentally thrown in the bin by one of the servers instead of being boxed up for us. Gave them a try as our usual go to places were closed. It really wasn't good unfortunately. Curry sauce and chicken balls were OK. Chips were good! Pancake rolls incredibly greasy, chicken and the beef chow meins were awful. Tasted plasticy and it honestly looked like a can of the cheap supermarket chicken or beef in gravy with peas and carrots had been added to noodles. I asked for a pot of satay sauce and it was truly like someone had watered down unsweetened peanut butter - I'm convinced that's what it was as I've never had a satay like that from anywhere. I have eaten in this establishment many times in recent years. The quality of the food is some of these best that I have ever had in a Chinese restaurant. Unlike others, I have never had problems with service. It has been perfectly OK. Perhaps the waiters are not professionals in dinner suits - they are young girls with limited experience but that is fine by me. The restaurant does not have an 'intimate' atmosphere but is is very clean and functional. Furthermore it is exceptional value for money. I cannot recommend this...
