We booked the restaurant for our daughters 20th birthday as it’s her favourite place to eat, from the phone call to book right up until they opened the door as we were leaving I cannot fault this place 1 bit, very clean, 1st class food, service up there with the best I’ve ever received in all my years of eating in so many restaurants, Ollie is a true asset to the company, nothing was too much trouble, himself and his team brought out our daughters cake and all of the staff sang happy birthday, my daughter was made up and she enjoyed her birthday and all of us enjoyed our night. We always get out indian from blue ginger, its fantastic and authentic food! Love the cinnamon bark touch... I save it for my cinnamon tea, I love that they leave in the spices for us to enjoy, plus the curry leaves just to add texture and little surprisesi it for us to discove... I know this can put some off of ordering from blue ginger but we love the special touches... Dont stop!!! Deliver is always fast and food kept hot for us to pile in! Booked a table for 20:00 on the Friday just gone. Arrived at 19:59. We brought two small bottles for myself and nothing for my partner as pregnant and only wanting water. After waiting till 20:26 we decided to leave due to no one acknowledging us or taking a drink order or even bringing us glasses or cutlery. When leaving we were stopped by server who asked why we were leaving, we explained for a reply of “you ain’t been here since 20:00” and it’s bring your own “so don’t need glasses” it was shocking and server was cocky and arrogant.
