Very poor service. With no queue, I stood and waited politely to be served for about 2 or 3 minutes while the server was wrapped up in their own business. This would not normally be a problem, but two customers then walked in, said hello, and were served ahead of me. The server clearly knew them and made no attempt to serve me or mention that I'd been waiting. This was disappointing after the reviews promised so much. I left without making an order. They clearly don't need my custom, perhaps the food really is that good.
