I bought a few snacks from this shop as looked tidy. The bhajis were fine but one pastry was dry and stale (defo from an old batch, the pastry was HARD and crumbly throughout) and the stuffing was crumbly and dry literally goes like dust in your mouth🤢❌❌ Wasn’t far so walked back and showed it to them and they said “oh that’s how it is supposed to be”?! As if I don’t know how food should be:/ I even asked them to bin it themselves but to make sure they used a food bin which they said “we don’t recycle”!!? So had to carry a pastry in my pocket till I get home to bin it properly🤦♂️ Absolutely ridiculous if you ask me, the whole thing.

The sweets are absolutely delicious. I came in to try some stuff yesterday and the man serving me was very helpful and explained the box sizes plus pricing. If they are different amounts per KG he will just work it out for you so you can try whatever you like! This place is entirely vegetarian and they also serve lots of savoury Indian street/snack foods such as aloo tiki and veg samosa. Really fair prices considering the quality - definitely recommend. (I got milk cake and 4 different Barfi.

The place to come when you want a delicious vegetarian feast. The chilli paneer is one of my favourites. Some things are a bit expensive. Excellent samosas, although it’s a shame they won’t give you any free tamarind sauce to go with it. Prices went up a while ago. Use to be 2 samosas for £1, now it’s 2 for £1.20. The service from some of the younger staff is...very......slow........ maybe they are just a bit too laid back.

Usually I don't leave bad reviews, but this time I think it is a must.. this is the state of Batura bread(may it was made on the previous day and reheated). Ordered another dish and is was all hot from outside and iced up inside. Completely stale... Hope not to get food poisoning in the morning... Just go to this shop for Samosa's only. That's the only item which seems fresh....
