Arab night — Attraction in Bristol

Great indoors sitting area and sheesha lounge but the customer service is worse than anything you’d come across an establishment of this niche in Bristol. First, we were sitting for 20 mins and drinking tea, when were asked by a waitress to move from the comfy sofas to another section of the room as apparently there was a reservation (there was no reserved label on the table). The guy with the fake muscles then showed up to “enforce” the move saying “he forgot that this table was reserved”. Meanwhile, the “special flavoured sheesha” tasted like it was sourced from the gutter, which they tried fixing. Then we had hardly been sitting for 5 mins on the less comfy table when the muscle boy showed up again demanding that we being a party of 4 (2 of us really smoked sheesha), should order another sheesha. After some verbal back and forth (muscle boy had little conversational and mental acuity) we decided it was time to leave. With low calibre comms, one still expects to be treated properly and instead of hearing another rude and demeaning word come out from the kid, we decided to move to another place down the road. I don’t like to do bad reviews as i know how it affect the business but in today’s case the had too.

We always come and reserve table on fridays for the singer night and we make nice vibes as everyone could tell on friday night and enjoy!

Now i am in the shisha and we ordered frozen blueberry (single) not mixed. They bring the shisha with single frozen blueberry with the shihsa pipe/body mixed frozen blueberry & Raspberry which gave bad and week taste.

We have called the guy who took our order and said that we ordered a single not mixed he said we dont have single shisha body/pipe. Then i said okay then change the head to mixed as it is not taste good, then he demanded to charge me for new head instead of changing for free as it is his mistake as he haven’t told us.

Very bad service and staff quality with all my respect to the nice staff.

Being respectful is much better than justifying mistake...

Came last night with group of friends and we had the best time there. The staff was so awesome and friendly. Amal is sooo wonderful welcoming us with a big beautiful smile . Kane was really really nice one too, very patient person, wonderful soul and very professional.

The shisha is amazing and well done. And prices are great and worth it actually. The other staff is very nice too. They make you feel valued , no complain like soo many other lounges . They are always smiling making you feel comfortable and respected.

I would definitely recommend this place if you want to have great shisha and wonderful time. I would definitely visit it again when i am in...
