Have visited here a few times now and I’m be totally transparent - this is the most genuine and authentic Italian restaurant in Bristol! Everytime I’ve visited been so impressed and blown away by the food. I’ll talk about some my favourite dishes I’ve ate here. Starters - if you like Arancini then you have to try, Deep Fried Arancini Balls and Prawn and Crab arancini! Crab and prawn was very rich, with that buttery sauce but that deep crab flavour hitting the spot, it’s a real good dish. But my all time favourite is the original, that beef x chorizo mix covered in pecorino and dressed with balsamic with pops of pomegranate seeds to hit you with sweet citrus, with the rich dark and spicy meat is just unreal! Mains - all the pizzas are solid 8/10 everytime I could talk about those for ages - just order one and find out it’s amazing! Slow Cooked Oxtail Ragu - is real rich deep and flavourful pasta dish, lots of fine slow cooked oxtail meat with that crispy topping of deep fried onions and that home made perfect thick wide pasta, it’s a real hearty dish with so much flavour! Note; the home made fresh pasta here is unreal, really is unmatched by any other Italian restaurant around for the price point! Unreal menu with flavours thought out and dishes planned with delivered with serious execution, this cafe really is the place to eat! Please go and support! You will not be disappointed. Overall score - 9/10! Would have been a 10 if I could eat here everyday! Keep up the great work!

Went here with a friend who recommended it and must say it was a great experience. The place is great and had a good feel to it and the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is on the small side so its probably a good idea to pre-book if you want to make sure you can get a place but its definitely worth a visit. The food is great and freshly prepared and you get some very delicious and unique dishes and a good choice. The Pasta is to die for and the pizza dishes looked pretty amazing too. let me put it this way - I will be going back there to try some other dishes. The deserts where pretty spectacular and their Cannoli’s are outstanding. I had the Gluten Free ones and they were just with a word sublime. What I can say is that Parking could be a challenge and you might have to park down the street.

An allrounder. Not often I walk past here to find no one is in this little gem in St Werbs. People rave about the pizza's. As do I. My go to is: vegan artichokes and the wild porcini pizza w/ vegan mozzarella. On a mini downer though, I've noticed there is no consistency in the result of the vegan artichokes. For example, some times the sauce has pomegranates in it, other times it doesn't. Some times it's thick and not much oil, other times it's oily and runny. Even the artichokes aren't always cooked to the same quality to what I've known. Most of the times I love this as a side, but there have been times where I've been a bit "meh" about them and wish I'd not ordered them. On the whole though, I love going here or getting a take away. Keep up the good work Napolita Team. Thank you.

The management there is just so bad! We went as a table of four (two couples) but placed two orders for our one table. They took our order and when the second couple came to order, directly behind us in the queue, they told her they didn't have enough food. They had seen us at our table all together and knew we were a group of four so why they didn't tell us as soon as we placed an order I do not know. It was such a waste of time and we were all keen to eat dinner!

They had run out of so much stuff and the staff were all so harried and rude because the place wasn't being managed well. I heard one member of staff swear at another under her breath and they were all barking at each other and noone seemed to know what was going on which made it a really unpleasant environment to eat at. They had made us smoothies and didn't even offer to comp us despite the fact we had been sitting there for twenty minutes with no service and no apology for the fact they couldn't actually give us any food. They do lovely pizza but this has really put me off as their customer service and management is just so dire. It's a real shame as if they improved this it would be a great place to eat. The manager needs to learn how to be a bit more generous and kind with customers so people actually want to come back or to run the place more efficiently so they haven't run out of pizza by 7pm and so they can process and create orders efficiently. The staff didn't even know if certain customers had paid etc so there was just a really angry, negative vibe between everyone as they were constantly trying to deal with their organisational problems with...

The pizza here is excellent. Very nicely cooked, a decent choice of toppings. I can't think why I've rated it 1 STAR... Oh, hang on, that's right, the restaurant has about the most arrogant, rude and aggressive staff I've yet met. No exaggeration, here's why...

I went to get a pizza with my girlfriend and her son. We waited, for quite some time, then the pizza my g/f's son had ordered was announced: 'Monster meat!?' We said 'yes' and the boy hungrily devoured it. A few minutes later, another customer (who'd been sat nearby) enquired where his pizza was. The chef pointed at us and said,

'It was them! They stole your pizza.'

We were all amazed at this. Clearly, both the other customer and the boy had ordered the same pizza, and we had mistakenly claimed it when it was announced. However, when I suggested to the chef that his deflecting the blame onto his customers might not have been fair, he began shouting at me,

'People like you do this all the time... No! It's your fault!... Shut up, I don't care... etc. etc.'

I was amazed at his anger and rudeness. Up until now, we had been regular customers, but have vowed to never give this poorly managed place anymore of our hard-won cash. Ironically, the slogan for Pizza Neapolitan is 'Made with love and passion'. I suggest (in order to truthfully represent their business model) that they change their slogan to 'Made with arrogance and...
