Ordered via uber eats. First time we ordered the food was very good and arrived promptly, a really enjoyable meal. We ordered again at a later date, and the delivery was over an hour later than it’s hour long delivery estimate, which is substantial anyway. Eventually it arrived, after calling the restaurant and asking after the order. The delivery driver was apologetic and again, the food good, so I guessed they were just having a bad day, and so didn’t really take issue. I ordered again yesterday, for a celebration, and it never arrived. I had no contact from the restaurant whatsoever, and each time I called them I had no response. At some point after 11pm the order was marked as ‘delivered’ when it hadn’t been, and I’d stayed in the whole evening since I ordered it at around 8pm. Still no explanation or contact as of yet, despite being charged and having received confirmation of purchase, and them having my contact details available to them. Whilst I can understand accidentally losing a small order amongst many others, this order was £50 and to still not have any contact or apology is very annoying, to say the least. It’s a shame as I would love to be able to recommend this place, and continue ordering from here, but don't feel I can do that due to the service so far.
