Domino's Pizza - Bristol - Gloucester Road — Restaurant in Bristol

Went in with a group of friends and they got served straight away but the manager at the till walked away before the rest of us could order. After waiting a bit I we continually asked for about 20 minutes if we could order and he kept saying yes but chosing to clean instead. When we finally got around to being served he had clearly not been listening to us asking to order as he then tried to hand us a pizza that wasn't ours. To his surprise he asked what pizza were we waiting for and we told him we hadn't ordered yet. At this point is was around 10.55 so around 5 minutes before they closed and clearly he wasn't happy about this and started acting really rudly to us. The wife ordered online waited for hour and a half for delivery, no sign off it, she then phoned no one answered, phoned another dominos outlet who suggested going to there to collect, she went, said the boy there was less than helpful, eventually he said he would make another pizza which took ten minutes, and bought that home, two and half hours after ordering. Terrible service awful response, why order something for delivery then have to pick it up. I realise Saturday nights can be busy but surely staffing levels would reflect this, and more staff be in, the wife said there was three people there, and they didn’t seem to be in much of a hurry, even though the had apparently 300 orders. This is the worse Dominoes I have ever been to it took me nearly 15 minutes to order 3 pizzas and apart from not having a full menu up I decided to order 2 large meteors and a large vegetable I can't even tell you how difficult it was to explain to these simpletons what is wanted but 20 minutes they said 50 minutes later I was saying where are my pizzas oh nearly ready 20 minutes later I ask for my refund so the pizza was on the shelf to wonder last time it was cold no more never again I would strongly would I recommend Filton to anyone please avoid at all cost £33 I will have my money back thank you...
