Unfortunately just had a very poor experience from the Westbury on Trym Parsons Bakery having had good experiences previously. I was served by a rather ditzy teenager who was as unenthusiastic as could be...everything was a chore. Having tried to make my doorstop sandwich using a load of shop bought thinly sliced bread, it was eventually given to me (having gone back for the ketchup that was conveniently missed)...no butter, very little ketchup and sausage full of gristle. As a regular customer at a variety of Parsons', this is the worst sandwich I've had from Parsons and probably the worst service to boot. Even my coffee was only half filled, and asking for a bag seemed to garner the same sort of reaction as is being the told the world was about to end. Parsons- sort your training out or get rid of people who deliver as much customer satisfaction as a needle...
