Went to KFC yesterday and my mighty bucket had 4 wings instead of two wings and two pieces of chicken. I called and they said no problem we'll put your name in the book and give you a code for another meal next time. Went to get it today and the manager, who I have made a previous complaint about, took personal issue with me which put my back up, he accused me of making a complaint every week at his branch which is false. I have had 2 problems in the past, one is this mighty bucket and the other was overly greasy food. He got very angry and started saying he wont serve me after today and all this so I got very angry with him as I was being accused of something I havent done and denied service. I got enraged by this and he decided I couldnt have my replacement food and I was banned from the restaurant, but before I left the drive thru I said to him that he is in customer service and he should understand that the way you talk to customers affects the customers feelings. I know many people who have had a problem with this manager. He is a tall asian man. Im not sure of his name. Ive made a complaint about this guy before. Looking through the reviews here I have seen others complaining about him too

After 30 minutes I've decided to go inside,they asked me about what I have ordered as they deleted the order to respect the timing imposed by the company... Asked to speak with manager and he just seems not interested with : I don't care attitude. No apologies... Standards are really not followed up, senior managers or owners of the franchise setting with the laptops in the occupied table not bothered about anything except the numbers I guess. If you are facing delays in the service you are un the obligation to inform your customers before taking the paiment and keep them hostage of the situation... Staff can be divided into two categories really professional and not nothing in between to folow the minimum standards requirements. Not coming back.

I was given a hot chocolate instead of a coffee, when I pointed this out they took away the hot chocolate and came back several minutes later with another hot chocolate. Assuming it was going to be the right drink actually took some huge gulps before realising. I will say that they did then give me a coffee, that was the least I could do at this point. The food was cold as it had been sat on the front counter for a while, even though they do table service. The manager shouted something about not having enough staff, but it's terribly unprofessional to say that and it's not the customer's problem. At the end of the day we still had a KFC, but given the choice, I would choose a different outlet.

I'm a huge KFC fan and am currently traveling the country and visiting different KFC outlets. I arranged to meet a friend at this KFC for lunch and have to say that I was very disappointed with the experience. The girl who claimed to be the manger Made a young lad wait for near 10 minutes for some sauce She was busy but 3 staff members walked past ignoring him I said he was waiting I’m a grandfather so felt a bit sorry for him She gave him his sauce then slapped his change on the counter I was chatting to them still waiting to pay for my order cash as didn’t gave my wallet Then I think she took umbrage to me and made me wait It was nearly 15 minutes and when I spoke to other 3 members asking to pay they also ignored me Then I asked her to take the payment for the order and to my shock she said she wasn’t going to serve me for screaming at her ??? Oh my word what a LIE ! I spoke to the uber guy and said did I scream at her he shook his head when i eventually went out side he said he could say anything as he’d had to wait 45 mins for his order in the past and didn’t want to rock the boat

Then I said if you don’t serve me I’ll go through the drive though and block it if you don’t serve me with the reply I’ll call the police Utter dismay So I went to my car and my wife went in and ordered and paid on her phone I get staff get abused and I’m the first one to defend them But honestly for the way she acted it was appalling I got the tel number if the lad as if the police were coming I wanted witnesses The staff seamed to go along with her which was most concerning Kfc there is an issue with that kind of service I hope it’s addressed Never experienced anything like it in my life I never complain and realise they can be overwhelmed with orders but to make people wait at the counter so long isn’t really acceptable Just take the order and...

Shocked! On a recent trip through the drive through we had the most surreal experience. After passing our order to an obviously cold and miserable drone who must have felt the heat pour out of my car like opening a blast furnace into the igloo that he had to work from, we proceeded to drive around to the collection window. The usual delays while our order was processed allowed us to judge other road users deciding if they also wished to enjoy some delicious chicken or not. When our order was ready a young gentleman came to the window and uttered some words that at first sounded alien to us. "Would you like any sauces with that?". Perplexed by these strange noises coming from his mouth I gave him a confused look and asked him to repeat himself. It was at this point it dawned on us both that we were receiving actual customer service! Something that we had never received before today at this particular drive through. In a panic at this strange and unsettling event unfolding my passenger blurted out "ketchup please" to which the young gentleman kindly put 2 packets into our bag and handed it to us. We didn't want ketchup however the urgency to resolve this highly traumatic interaction that is what we ordered. Unsure if we will return our of fear this customer service...
