The food was lovely, the menu options were great (despite not having a physical menu only an app based one, which I didn’t particularly enjoy) and the place looked beautiful. I really enjoyed the dessert I picked and would probably return here. However the staff that were working made it a less enjoyable experience - I got ignored several times while waiting by the till, even having them look at me and continue lounging or walk past me and ignore me. Then when I placed an order (told to do it as collection on the app, but I was sitting outside) my friend and I waited just over 30 mins for our two cookie doughs despite it not appearing to be too busy (two tables already eating and nobody came to collect or deliver while we were there). They came out in takeout containers, which was fair for outside seating, but I had to then ask for cutlery to eat with which took extra time to be bought out. Thankfully stumbled across this gem after searching for dessert shops on uber. Decided whilst out and about to head there ourselves and we were not disappointed. Siobhan and the lady that owns it (sorry I didn't get your name) were so lovely and chatty whilst I waited for our desserts. The shop isn't completely finished yet but what they had done was super pretty. I had the Ferrero rocher cookie dough and my partner had the strawberry waffles and everything was perfect. Ordered for delivery from here tonight and they more then exceeded all expectations! Ordering was simple, was updated and able to track my order easily and delivery was super quick with the driver providing an immaculate delivery with a smile😊 this was the first time I’ve ordered and it certainly won’t be the last, think I’ve found my Sunday night treat!
