Whilst in the line for my coffee my friend and I witnessed a young girl being spoken to abruptly on a couple of occasions by her manager. All of the staff members behind the till were so friendly but this manager was so impatient with her whenever she asked a question. When I asked to speak to a manager to share my feedback the manager in question came over and demanded examples in quite a heated manor. He then responded “do you know how much chaos there is behind here” and then sent her over to tell us that she was fine which must have been so awkward for her.

Just had the worst customer experience, food order was incorrect and came after we finished our coffees etc the sad part was that my very hungry daughter didn’t get to eat anything as when I told the team they had the order wrong the person who took the food over to the table said well that’s what’s on my screen and walked off threw the plates into the sink. I went up to ask for a refund at which point the person at the till said that this must have been a miscommunication and did not take ownership for their error. They should have just apologised and said we would refund or change the items.
