Do not order from this place. I was waiting for nearly 2 hours for my food.

I ordered vegetable biriyani, southern fried chicken and chips and a slice of chocolate cake, when it got here the cake was missing and the food was nearly cold. The chicken was over cooked and dry, it was also dark brown near the bone; I am scared I’m going to get food poisoning.

The vegetable biriyani tasted like frozen microwaveable rice with a bit of spices added. It was gross.

The chips were cold and didn’t taste very nice.

I am so disappointed in my results of ordering from this place.

The customer service was terrible. I rang the restaurant after waiting an hour and told him that it was late and he didn’t seem bothered and was uninterested in my concern.

I did not get to enjoy a meal that I waited over 2 hours for. The expected time was 20:20 and it came at 21:20. I am highly aggravated and will never order from this...

Ordered takeaway from here on deliveroo at around 1am. They are claiming it was delivered at 2am and was handed directly to a resident at my address. I was home the entire time and did not receive this delivery. Tried calling them a little after the expected delivery time of 2:05am and they were closed. "Out for delivery" timed out on the app at 3:05am and still no delivery!

They are refusing to allow a refund on deliveroo and they are insisting it was delivered. They either delivered it to the wrong house or they are lying.

They cannot provide any photos of the delivery.

Will not be using this takeaway again. Would give zero stars if I could based on...

Absolutely awful. It took me over 29 mins to order over the phone due to a language barrier then on collection I bit into it to funf pepperoni when I'm a vegetarian horrified!! Was told I had to order a replacement via Uber and refused ro deliver. She put the phone down on me many times until she reluctantly agreed to deliver after telling me her driver was not there any more. Not eaten meat for years and this has made me feel disgusting. I would score less than one if it was an option. In my opinion it's to be avoided at all costs. I am reporting them to any and all sites connected as this is completely...
