After being to your shop on derby road/wollaton vale
I would like to put in a complaint about a member of your staff working at your branch as front of the house staff dealing with the general public and taking phone orders on 10th december around 5.45 and 615 pm
We Placed an order via phone to your shop.
He was very rude on the phone with no manners whatsoever with words coming out such as Yeah!, That It!, no pleases or thank yous I.e. missing basic common curtsey un like the young lady who is very well manners and polite.
I turned up at the shop to pick up our order and waited 6 minutes as that’s how long our order had left before being completed according to your computer system which was fine... during this time your gentleman totality ignored me and served two other customers that had come in after me without asking me weather he can help e.t.c. after seeing that my order has been ready now for approx. Two minutes I must admit I lost it.
I said to the gentleman can i get served here! And he replied we are very busy tonight . I replied but not too busy to deal and serve two people who has come in after me. He offered no apologises just ask what my order name was twice and got my order and i paid.
His attitude was absolutely awful for someone to deal with the public , and if his face could tell a story then its wouldn’t be a nice one!, He really did look like he couldn’t be arsed!
We couldn’t get his name as his badge was covered up by an apron
Secondly One of your delivery drivers kept coming to the front of the shop to collect his pizzas for delivery when all the others as usual went round the back which I thought was normal practice! The reason I took a dislike is he kept squeezing between me and another customer to collect his delivery several times to and fro to his car.
Surely this isn’t an approved practice?

Was told half an hour for delivery.... nothing... rang 50 minutes later asked were the food was, was put on hold while the guy on the phone rang the driver he picked up and said he had spoke to the driver and he would be half an hour... rang again afrer 35 mins asked were the food was. Told him my address and when I orderd he then said sorry I can't ring the driver while he is out... bear in mind before they had told me he has spoken to the driver on his route. I pointed this out to them. Then they pretended they couldn't hear me. But in the back ground I could hear them laughing as they obviously pretended they couldn't hear me and I had bad signal!!!! Anyway long story short never got my food. Delt with what was clear to me adolescent morons. And was given a fake managers name. "Henry" will not stop until I get my full refund and my adive to anyone else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR...
Read moreThe pizza was made to an adequate standard however a member of staff ("steve" I believe was the name) was far from adequate. When I rang into place my order for collection I was rudely hung up upon.. Entering the store there was no greeting initially from the member of staff as he hectically ran around with the inability to take orders in a seamless manner. This is the first and hope the only time I'm given such service to a horrific manner as to say the least I was late for my meeting due the pizza not being made on time! Despite the chaos this one off occasion, Dominos staff members are all presented in a high standard! From me getting pizza delivered to me collecting staff are ALWAYS polite apart from this fiasco!! Dominos need to look into this as I'm sure he has caused issues for many on that...
