NEVER ordering from here again! To be honest, judging by alot of these reviews, they need to seriously work on their customer service skills and food quality. They are extremely rude and arrogant! I ordered 2 pizzas for my children and had an issue with my order which cancelled in error on JustEat. I only noticed when I received a notification to say order had cancelled and I would receive £0.00 refund. I immediately contacted 2 cucina to find out what had happened and make sure I was still getting my order as I had been charged the full amount and was not getting a refund.

They refused to send my order. I explained that JustEat had kept my money and was still sending it to the restaurant. The guy on the phone still refused and hung up on me. I had to get in my car with my 2 kids and drive down there to resolve the issue.

When I got there he was VERY argumentative, rude, and arrogant. He spoke over me and cut me off whilst I was trying to speak to him, and after I asked him not to do that he then put his hand up in my face and "shushed" me!!!!!!

This vile man was trying to happily pocket my money after my order had been cancelled in error! He knew full well he was going to get the money but tried to play ignorant to avoid giving me my order! I told him I was not leaving and he needed to call JustEat as I was not willing to loose my money.

He called JustEat and put them on loud speaker foolishly thinking JustEat would back him up, but they ended up confirming exactly what I said which was that they are not refunding me and will be sending the money to the restaurant due to the time frame of when the order had cancelled. They explained he WOULD be paid the FULL amount (like he already knew). When I asked to speak to the JustEat guy on the phone, he quickly hung up and agreed to make my order.

He was trying to pocket my money and avoid sending the order. Its lucky I was in a position to drive to the restaurant to insist on getting my order.

Rude, arrogant, vile person to deal with. Zero customer service skills and is very happy to rip off his customers!

Usually love this place. However, our most recent order will likely be our last. Wanted the Sunday/ Thursday offer of BOGOF on pizza. Went to put it through on just eat, still normal price. We rang up and they said cash on collection, and to just put it through at the normal price. No other info given. So we ordered 2 pizzas.

They then ring us up, saying our expected collection time was 50 minutes off and is ready in 5 mins, bare in mind they could have easily rang us up earlier than that to let us know. We get there. And we have FOUR pizzas, and have to pay the normal price. As apparently we should have ordered one pizza and the free one is the same added on?!

Could have easily been explained on the phone but evidently chose not to for profit. After all this hassle, 4 pizzas and almost 30 quid down- our pizzas don't have stuffed crust of which we paid extra for. Appalled.

Good food, good takeaway in general. Just a shocking...

Don’t like leaving bad reviews but this one is needed! Ordered 2 X Mixed kebabs, chicken was okay… Donner meat was vile! Chips taste like they have been cooked, left to sit there for ages then put in the microwave 💀 Free garlic bread pizza was actually decent ✅ Mozzarella sticks are as expected, frozen product cooked to order. Average, Only thing that was hot. Everything else was warm. Spent £30 wouldn’t go there again. Very disappointed with the overall quality of the food, Ordered through company website, total came to £29 cash on delivery, delivery driver wasn’t an issue, but he didn’t know the order total, handed me the receipt for me to check (may have been a language barrier) the receipt said £27.50? Online order said £29? I paid £30 and said keep the change to avoid any issues with underpayment. I would avoid this place in the future, shame to be fair as delivery was just...
