Mario's Pizza & Desserts — Restaurant in Broxtowe

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Ordered a few times from here and they have never been able to get the order correct, and when you ring to let them know about it you get the worst customer service imaginable!

Ordered a 'sizzler' pizza off the website which clearly states is ham,pepperoni,spicy beef and jalapenos! It came with chicken tikka,mushroom and onion! Rang to ask them where they've gone wrong with it to be told 'you ordered sizzler its your fault' so when i then asked could you please tell me what you think a sizzler is they reply with 'tikka mushroom and onion' even though im sat there looking at the screen of THEIR website that clearly shows its not that description but the description of what i wanted to order! The manager then gets very high rate telling me he doesnt want me as a customer and to please stop wasting his time! Dont worry we will never be bothering you again, theirs a wonder your still open with an attitude like that! Maybe learn your own menu and go on a customer service course and you may...

Ordered dessert from here tonight. I ordered a kinder Bueno milkshake and banoffee pie. When they arrived, I noticed the banoffee pie was from 'The Cheesecake shop' company, and it arrived completely frozen and inedible. I rang Mario's and spoke to someone, who said they could send out another piece, however when I asked if this would be from the same batch he said yes. I argued then that doesn't resolve the issue, and they said they would make it edible. I asked if he meant he would warm it up, and he said "no we'd do it naturally"...unless I'm wrong, that would mean leaving it to defrost, which I could do myself with the frozen one delivered. Appalling customer service and terrible food. The milkshake I ordered also didn't take anything like bueno. There's no way to complain for a refund either. Definitely would...

Used Mario's quite a few times and never had a problem until tonight. Ordered a family mega deal and a half and half pizza, on arrival there were no chips to be told by the delivery driver he would ring up and bring us some more. I then rang Mario's to tell them they had forgotten the chips and that the Pizzas we had recieved were cold to be told that the Pizzas couldn't be cold, well yes they were. Then to be told the weather wasn't bad outside so the pizza couldn't be cold, then it was because the Pizzas were stacked on top of each other in the bag (surely this would keep them warm not cool them down) no offer of a replacement or refund just told they would send the chips. Told them not to bother with the chips and all Pizzas went in the bin along with the £32 I had just paid. Will not be...
