Me & my family are dissapointed and totally appalled at the service and the food.

The delivery driver was rude, put the phone down and also slammed his car boot when my girlfriend went to meet him and didnt even bother to get out of the car to see if can deliver the food. Takeaways are ment to be delivered to people's doors!

The driver triggered my girlfriends anxiety, and has made her cry because of his actions and nothing has been done to try and make this situation better.

I emailed, text the manager to no response at all, no compensation or even an apology. When we did eventually collect the food (even when it was ment to be delivered) it was stone cold!

Sort your customer service out !!!

I normally love prontos but the last two time have been really disappointing sadly 😔 😔 😔 I won't be coming bk. It's to much money to pay here to be disappointed. The pizza was undercooked and never much toppings even though extra anything costs 50p each which is a joke when your only getting 5 more pieces of pineapple. Plus £2 for stuffed crust and first time in my life they was no filling in my crust weird. Ordered some food it come cold and uncooked there would not come and take it back or or give us a refund and they're asked us for photos sending on WhatsApp and he said he could tell that the pizza was cooked perfectly and it was nice and warm which i would love to know how you can tell all that from a Whatsapp photo she is going to report them after Christmas and also she has them on recording saying that it were cooked perfectly and was warm and refusing to come back and collect the items which needed cooking properly.
