Update June 2022: can confirm that after cutting down my visits(budget control!) I am back to my regular visits after being dissatisfied with lessor cost alternatives! Staff still brilliant particularly Ema who greeted me by name, who remembers my quirks about my drink choice!! Sparkling clean, bright and welcoming, excellent food display in new improved countertops. Update: this is still my go to coffee shop in Bury although over the last few months there has been a change of staff. However, they are all friendly, efficient and now know me and my quirky requests. Even when busy the tables are cleared in double quick time.

Read moreA big shout out to Becky. I went in this morning, first thing, she made my coffee and then having a bad start to the day I spilt it everywhere! Becky was amazing and cleaned it up and made me another coffee free of charge saying “accidents happen” despite me offering to pay for another coffee and clean up the mess myself. Then to top it off I nipped to the toilet and left my phone in there and when I went back to get it the toilet door wouldn’t open and Becky was again amazing in helping with that. The first time involved myself when I asked the person I front of me if he was in the queue as there was a gap ofza couple of meters between him and the customer in front if him. He came out with anger and verbal abuse toward me. I was so shocked I was speechless. Today another incident involving an angry man pushing a wheel chair who thought two ladies had got in his way.
