The Sunday roast burger is one of the best things I've ever eaten and I highly recommend adding the loaded tots on the side if you have the stomach for it! All parts of the burger were superb. Tasty chicken and delicious thick beef patties. The mini pigs in blankets were lush aswell.

I've been meaning to come back here after a fantastic previous visit a couple of years ago and I'm delighted I finally managed to make the trip. Once again the staff were top notch and the food was excellent as well as great value!

I've also just been back for their Festive specials and highly recommend them too. Incredible!

Next visit: Hit the spot as always! Despite being a big fan of pulled pork in a burger it's taken until my 5th visit to have Northern Crafthouses offering. As on all my previous experiences, it was delicious! The staff tried to deprive me of my burger fix (unintentionally!). They misheard my order and only brought my Buttermilk Chicken and tater tots. They soon wheeled out the burger so it wasn't an issue at all. This did mean I didn't get the pickles asked to be added in though because that's what prompted them to realise I actually ordered a burger. The burger patty aren't great quality meat (not a bad thing) but were cooked nicely and were really chunky. Really tasty pulled pork and cheese sauce. The slider on top didn't add much and is just a gimmick really. The fried chicken also went down a treat too. Lovely seasoning and nice crisp coating. Although I'd have preferred smaller strips instead of 2 big pieces.

The staff are always a joy and it remains my favourite place around the Manchester area for burgers. I was a little disappointed to hear they've stopped their Sunday Dinner menu because that roast...

I came here yesterday to meet my friend and goddaughter, firstly we were met by a member of staff who had NO face coverings at all when we were shown to our table, either did they have one when they came to the table to take our order which I commented on and was asked why I didn’t have one on which I thought was very rude and replied “shall I make a hole in it then so I can eat and drink”. The Buttermilk chicken was very overcooked for 2 out of 3 of our meals but I didn’t want to make a fuss as the restaurant was busy. The distancing between tables was fine so no worries there, but different waitresses came to ours and everybody else’s to bring drinks, the food and condiments, none were wearing masks and we’re naturally close to the table. I’m sorry to have to complain but I honestly feel that if I’m coming to your restaurant whether it’s to eat or just drink and giving you my custom then I should at least feel safe whilst there. There wasn’t 1 member of staff on the restaurant floor or behind the bar that had a mask or face visor on so it makes you think what’s going on in...

Me and my partner fancied a nice burger. Had a search for places in the area and came across this place. Very affordable prices for a new small business. I’m from Manchester but don’t live there anymore; was visiting my family and it was 20/25 minutes away so not too far out either. Music was great atmosphere was nice too; also love the design of the place!
