The last 4 times we have either ordered on line or gone into store the pizzas have always been wrong, they even tried giving me a pizza they had just received back from another customer, they had given them my pizza, which they had taken home and brought back, and don't bother asking for a refund as no one In store is authorised to give them, they have had to much dishonesty as staff have been refunding onto their own cards WTAF, this was the excuse I was told why I couldn't have a refund, the girl behind the counter said I'll write down your card details and ill put them on the manager's desk ( the office door is wide open) I'll get the manager to authorise a refund on Monday, it took nearly a week to get back to my account, and if they are so dishonest did I feel safe about leaving my details no I did not, i complained to head office and they tried to fob me off with £20 and said that's company policy regardeding refunds so I've got a policy for you, shove your £20 and remove me from your data base. Rude dishonest and generally bad...

Went online to order at 5.55pm to use the 50% off code by 6pm then paid on my card which was declined but i know i had money in there. Went back to reorder and was told my basket was no longer available . So phoned the shop spoke to the manager. He took my order and gave me the code for 50% off . So he wrote it down half meat feast half barbecue chicken . All sorted so i thought . Delivery came only to be 2 pieces barbecue chicken and the rest meat feast . Rang the shop a girl answered explained what happened only to be told by her that if we was that upset over a pizza then we shouldnt of ate it asked to speak to the manager and she gave attitude and hung up . So again phoned the manager told him i will send him a pic of the pizza to prove what we had . And cuz we both starving and ate the pizza he wouldnt do anything about it . Then he said he will ring me back but low and behold he couldnt be bothered . Good management mate and give your staff training for good...

Ordered two pizzas for Sunday evening in front of the TV.. one of the pizzas had so much BBQ sauce on it was inedible. Called the branch to complain and ask for a refund to be told that a half refund was not possible. I’d eaten half of the other pizza so unless I could return both no refunds!! The guy on the phone was passing on messages from the Manager who repeated perhaps 20 times, it’s company policy to not give part refunds.. I’m now going to try head office. Overall the level of customer service is really very poor, surely it would have been easier to refund the 2x £9.99 pizza and have a customer who passes on good customer service reviews rather than writing this review and never using them again.. very short sighted considering we’ve order perhaps 20 times in the last 18 months.
