Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Calderdale

So after our premature little one was in hospital we have been in and out for months and over the course of that time its just got worse and worse. The cakes are usually spot on, but the coffees never seem to match what you order. They just seem to put a random amount of coffee in (if any) and some red hot milk. And recently theres been no coffee in them at all....just scolding milk and water....and yet they prices have gone up?! Think we'll be using the Costa machine from now on! Cheaper and consistent! As proof out our last coffee into a cup to show them...

It is a franchise so they do not accept Costa vouchers.

I had a hot chocolate and it was not great, very bland. The machines are more like the ones you would find at a self service rather than good quality barista machines.

The young man that served us was brilliant though, really helpful.

Absolutely terrible. We hadn't eaten for quite a while and were so hungry by the next morning. Barely any cheese in the ham and cheese. Ham wasn't good. Both were burned/over toasted. Coffee was awful too. We ate as much as we could which wasn't much and the rest went in the appropriate bin....
