I discovered this brilliant little cafe on the edge of the town centre adjacent to the Shay. Lovely welcoming owners, also looked after Eddie with a free sliced sausage. Great if you are exploring & want a great breakfast. I had the "mega", at just £6 fantastic value. Again, thank you for looking after us this morning. Bill & Eddie

Brilliant workmans style cafe with a huge breakfast and lunch menu, waffles, flatcakes etc. Does takeaway as well as eat in, plus vegetarian options. Chef said it could be a 15 min wait but we had our breakfast ( one full bfast, one mega) in under 5 mins. Prices really give excellent value for money. Faultless. Highly recommend

Proper fry-up and great value for money. Just round the corner from the Shay stadium - has a takeaway hatch with seating inside. Couple of set breakfasts available - I went for the mega breakfast which came with the works - always a sign of a good breakfast when black pudding comes as standard!
