Vegan review:
Came here on a Friday teatime! It was hot and sunny outside, but cool and dark inside - it’s based downstairs.
The other 3 are omnivores and seemed happy with the vegetarian options but found the vegan options to be less tasty.
To drink I had mango juice (bottled). I ordered garlic bread which was lovely. I had the coconut, chickpea and sweet potato curry with saffron rice. It was quite bland. I kept adding salt and pepper for extra flavour. For dessert I had the vegan chocolate fudge cake with cream and ice cream, it was pretty good and a big portion which I love! The service was great, the clientele were nice too. As it’s dog friendly, they brought theirs with them!

Fresh produce prepared with imagination and beautifully presented. All of the meal was delicious. The dessert we finished off with was delectable. And so many quality wines to choose from!
