I went there yesterday and the lady who served me at the till was lovely she had a black ponytail very amazing experience from her however there were 2 lady’s who of which were giving out free samples one of them I asked oh are we allowed to try one and she walked right past me and gave me a dirty look and the other one who wore a headscarf I asked her for one and she just didn’t speak to me about the sample at all she just let me take one and walked off I thought maybe that is how they greet their customers there however I saw them interact with other members of the public and would explain what the sample was and ask people if they would like to try one it really ruined my day as it belittled me and made me feel unworthy of going to this place which is upsetting as I have gone there multiple times and love the drinks i also work about 3 stores away in the grande arcade and i can’t believe they would treat someone who works right next to them with such rudeness so I don’t recommend to anyone to go there when those 2 rude girls are there and I will be keeping an eye...

This is probably me just being fickle but it's unfortunate that when you buy multiple drinks they don't add all the drinks to your rewards account. It's happened a few times and I figured it might have been a simple mistake no worries. Unfortunately, we ordered 3 drinks and once again only got 2 digital stamps towards the rewards via the app which seems to frequently happen.

When you have kids constantly wanting these drinks that one free here and there saves you nearly £4.19 multiply that by 12 and that's £50.28 minimum because we definitely order 3 drinks minimum every time and get bubble tea more than 3x a month. So if you do the math the savings one could have isn't maximised.

I do appreciate the rewards options. It's just unfortunate you're not always allowed to utilise it as advertised 100% of the time. It's advertised as "when you buy 9 drinks, you will receive the value of a standard regular size milk/fruit tea with tapioca (£4.19)" it's cheeky and false advertising when you only get points for 2 out of the 3 drinks...

My experience at Bubbleology was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient staff. Their expertise and willingness to assist made the experience even more enjoyable.

One of the highlights was the fully customisable tea options. With an extensive array of choices, I was spoiled for options.

A special shout-out to Aqila, whose kindness and helpfulness truly stood out during my visit. Her warm demeanor added an extra layer of hospitality to the already welcoming atmosphere.

I visited Bubbleology with my sister, and it was the perfect outing for quality time together. Overall, my Bubbleology experience exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another delightful...
