I've frequented this bar several times and consistently enjoyed their expertly crafted cocktails, priced at a reasonable 2 4 £14 until 8 pm on Fridays. The addition of fresh fruit, even in the water, adds a delightful touch. The spacious seating, both downstairs and upstairs, has made finding a table a breeze.

However, my dining experience left something to be desired. We opted for two types of chicken wings and buttermilk chicken strips, priced at £8.25 each for four wings per dish. While the wings were sizable, they were mostly bone, and the chicken strips were overdone to the point of being burnt. Spending £24 on these dishes and still feeling hungry was disappointing, making it less favourable in terms of value for money.

First time I've been in ever, was really nice, busy, a lot of people and decent volume music.

It is quite dark in there (I got there after 8pm) but there is enough light to see your drinks and food that you will be consuming, the decor is nice, the prices are very reasonable for central Cambridge and quite a nice atmosphere.

There did seem to be a half and half mix between students and general folk, which is nice.

There is 2 bars, one down stairs and one up stairs, not sure if the upstairs is more of a function bar but you see when you heading to the loo's.

The one that criticism that I could potentiomally have is that it is quite cramped in there, you don't really notice if you are sitting at the table and chilling with friends it's more when you get up and squeeze past tables to go to the bar or loo.

I booked for a hen party meal 3months in advance over the phone for 11 girls. I rang 2 days before our event to enquire about decorations but our booking had not been saved. It was so lucky that I had made the call! Amber was the person who took my phone call and couldn't apologise enough for what had happened. After a bit of panic over the phone, on the night she managed to give us girls the night we wanted. She went above and beyond and I cant express how much of a credit she is to the place.
