Absolutely awful experience. Not sure if the staff has changed or just a lazy manager not doing their job and letting the team do what they want.
Went in one evening with my partner and both ordered food. I went to the till to pay cash. Everything was fine.
My partners food is then ready and they give it to her. I then get told my food will be 12 minutes. Obviously I say something then as my partners food will be cold by the time mine is ready. They put it under the heater for her and were asked to sit down and wait.
25 MINUTES LATER. My food gets bagged up and im assured my partners food will still be hot. We get home to sit down and eat, both open our food.
My partners good was cold, soggy wet chips and a soggy burger.
I open mine, my chips are exactly the same (clearly from the same batch while waiting 25 minutes for my chicken) Chicken was hot but not cooked. It was still pink (i didn't realise this until I had already eaten 2 pieces) The rest then went in the bin. I was ill for nearly 3 whole days, not being able to leave the house due to this.
I worked in kitchens for 6 years and quality control was the most important. Temperature probes were used on every piece of meat served. Clearly they're not used here.
Absolutely awful experience. With inexperienced cooks and a manager that doesn't control anything thats happening.
I'll be travelling the extra 5 miles to go to a different kfc...

Same fantastic place, and same brilliant and extremely customer friendly Team Leader Laura. Food is top notch as always and interior is new and fresh.
KFC at the Cannock Orbital has long been a great place to provide great tasting chicken for a reasonable price. The building's reputation continues with succulent chicken, served at piping hot temperatures and with great timing.
This visit had some great interactions with the shift manager and what seemed to be either an Area Manager or Training Officer.
The environment of the store is very bright and open with a colour scheme based on KFC's logo and company ideals. A variety of different seating locations and types allows customers the option on how to experience their meal.
Staff interactions are nearly always a positive experience at this branch of KFC. Today's visit was no exception except maybe for one service assistant that gave off a feeling of not wanting to be at work at that present moment. However most of the staff seemed engaged and happy in their position.

A member of the team forgot to give me part of my order at the collection point, she had to be reminded, then, when I got to sit down and eat my food, I noticed that there was no condiments, no straw to drink my drink, no spoon for my daughters ice cream and no napkins. When approaching them about this, I had someone smiling at me, almost laughing about what happened, instead of apologising and quickly offering the things that they forgot to provide with my order. I then asked to speak to a manager who was very dismissive of the initial complaint and just wanted to give over the things that her member of staff should’ve already done. The kitchen staff stared through the metal kitchen racking, as if they found someone asking for a manager some kind of staff entertainment.
