Burger King — Restaurant in Cannock Chase

Absolutely disgusted with lack of cleanliness in this Burger King. We had to ask for the disabled toilet to be cleaned before we could use it. All grab handles sink and floors was disgusting. When someone eventually came after asking again to get it cleaned after a total of 8 minutes, she had no idea how to clean and we had to get her to do it again. She used the same cloth for all surfaces. Who does that!!’ And no gloves.!! We had to use serviettes to touch anywhere and open doors as the fingerprints on doors walls and surfaces where filthy. The girl who tried, and I mean loosely tried to clean the toilets didn’t even wash her hands afterwards. And went into the kitchen after putting cleaning spray away !!! Eventually a manager Came to talk about the issues I had and even though he was apologetic and said he would deal with the issues, I do not think that any of my complaint was taken in. I just feel that all the staff have a complacent attitude to their work place and stations. If my client wasn’t in a wheelchair we would have certainly Not used the toilets. And we would have certainly Never eaten there. !!! Let’s hope they clean there act up. I will be getting In Touch with food hygiene standards agency as this complacency should NOT...

Went here yesterday? Now I do like a Burger King over another brand? But not all Burger Kings are the same. I'm talking stories Managers and staff? The food is or should be the same at every store. Well this one had to be the best iv been in lately the place was clean, the staff where friendly smiling and pleasant. Not the same in the other stores Iv been to in the last few months. So the Burger lets face it that's what matters? Well i was not waiting half an hour for it, good start. Got our drinks went and sat down the same time the chap called over you foods ready? WOW and yes fresh hot and another WOW was hot and the fries where light in colour crispy and hot the best I have had. Called in here yesterday and was gobsmacked. After waiting to be served at the counter, staff were looking at me like I had 2 heads. After 3 minutes a young girl told me that they didn't take orders at the counter anymore and I would have to use the computer terminal to order. I turned round and there was only one terminal with people waiting. What an absolute nightmare if the restaurant was busy. I wanted to pay by cash which the terminal WILL NOT ACCEPT. I told her to forget it and we walked out and went to McDonalds instead. The restaurant wasn't busy but also looked dirty and the floor clearly hadn't been cleaned for hours. WHY WILL A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT NOT ACCEPT CASH. ABSOLUTE JOKE !!!!! MCDONALDS ACCEPTED MY ORDER AND THE COUNTER AND MY HARD EARNED CASH.

STOP THIS NONSENSE NOW AS THE PUBLIC DON'T WANT A CASHLESS...
