Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Cannock Chase

Stood 5 mins waiting to be served!, then ordered 2 lots of loaded crosscut fries which was supposed to come with barbecue sauce and cheese drizzle on the menu and requesting one with bacon the other with grated cheese..... Half hour wait fair enough it was lunch time, when it arrived just grated cheese on one and bacon on other NO sauces at all... When asking at the counter I was told in no uncertain terms that I should of asked for " Loaded" fries as that was a different item, No way!! as I'd made a thing about extra cheese and bacon at the till when ordering and paid for the Loaded fries in the first place. Customer service is cr#p I will not be using your cafe again and I will certainly not recommend you...

Food cold .I ad fish and chips .fish was warm.2 off the staff at the cafe was rude.i ordered my food. She asked 4 times so it should off been correct. I ad to ask for food missing off my meal and food missing off my friends meal.the attitude off the lady who brought the food was very abrupt and said I didn't take ur order.this is the 3rd time out off 4 that food hasn't been up to scratch. Called in for breakfast, bad idea. Morissons used to be the place for breakfast years ago, I'm sorry, but it's gone downhill very fast. I ordered the small breakfast, I asked for a poached egg, I could have used it as a Powerball, it was that rubbery. Sausage was "gristly" and soaked in oil. Bacon was dried up. Beans cold.
