Domino's Pizza - Carlisle - London Road — Restaurant in Carlisle

Did a collection order last night and when we got home the cookie box turned out to be full of potato wedges. This was a disaster as our 6 year old gets excited for Domino's night purely for the cookies.

Rang the branch and we were told the missing cookies would be sent to our home address asap. 20 mins later, just as we were finishing the main course, 2 fresh hot cookie boxes were dropped off with an apology.

I've never had a bad or wrong order from Dominos. The staff on the phone are consistently friendly and helpful. Food is always cooked quickly and although I normally collect, today I had it delivered. Not only was it free to deliver but it arrived within 15 minutes and was piping hot.
