McDonald's — Restaurant in Carlisle

I would like to share my experience regarding the McDonald's restaurant. In this review, I will take into consideration the quality of the food and the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

When it comes to the food, I must mention that it was typical of what you would expect from McDonald's. I was satisfied with the food as it met my expectations.

However, I was extremely disappointed with the general cleanliness of the restaurant. Everything was dirty, including the tables, chairs, and floor. This greatly affected my appetite, and I did not feel comfortable dining in such an environment. The poor cleanliness throughout the restaurant significantly detracted from my experience.

I also want to highlight the neglected condition of the restroom. There were dirt and grime in the corners, an unpleasant odor, and a sticky floor, which made using the restroom an unpleasant experience.

Overall, I can say that while I was satisfied with the food quality, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was very poor. I hope that McDonald's management recognizes this issue and takes measures to improve the cleanliness of the...

For it to be the newest maccies in town I would have expected better all round, but unfortunately it is the worst. This isn’t the first time we have waited 30-40 minutes for food. With this being our nearest we have gave it chance after chance. Friday night we went through the drive thru, it was empty and got served right away with our food order. I ordered two meals which I should have realistically got there and then. But I was told to go and park up! Stupidly we shouldn’t have gone there as we were in a bit of a rush, but with the drive thru being empty as well we didn’t think it would be an issue. We waited 20 minutes for our order in the car park. The service is so slow it’s absolutely shocking! Unfortunately you do see the young click and collect staff just dordling and slowly walking from car to car. I’m not saying staff should be seen running around like headless chickens, but at least put a battery pack on! It’s meant to be fast food, but nothing fast about it.
