Always missing items, entire sandwiches etc, staff then lying saying they 100%made it and put it in, bacon baguette had 2 raw bits of bacon in it, wet soggy toasties, pay £3.50 for a Cumberland sausage roll to open it and tiny sausage cut in half and one tiny half of another sausage lol, might as well of at least put the other half of the sausage in lol , breakfast had about 3 sliced mushrooms and again always missed items, won't order again, stick to...

Been several times, they relentlessly get the order wrong. Once again no salad despite asking for it. It seems now the sandwiches are slapped up with no quality control at all?

Some staff are fairly friendly but have experienced them being very abrupt and rude at times. I give them the benefit of the doubt due to being busy during peak hours (I.E lunchtime) but I won’t be...

2 x jacket potato and 1 white coffee (with sugar).

My potato was, at best, lukewarm and my partner's was so lacking in warmth that there was unmelted butter underneath the filling. No sugar in coffee.

Its not like we're expecting Michelin star quality but this was massively disappointing.
