My husband and I went here and sat down at a 4 seater table. We was asked to move to a table for 2. I questioned why and she said the tables were for 4 people. There was 5 empty 4 seater tables in front of us. I looked behind me and saw approximately 5 or 6 tables which were 4 seaters. 2 of those tables had 2 people on one each table, I the said so why are they allowed to sit 2 on a 4 table and she just shrugged her shoulders. Read moreI must say how disappointed I was with our meal. We ordered 2 pukka pies 1 small cod and 2 portions of chips. The chips were ok, pretty much as they used to be under the old ownership but a varying degree of portion sizes between each one. The thing that I didn't like was that the pies and the fish were all just about luke warm. We only live round the corner and normally our food would be piping hot. While I waited I did hear a customer order some curry sauce for his chips and he asked for it to be well heated as the last time it was too cold. Its not difficult to get these right.
