Ordered from here a few times and nearly every time we have food missing or wrong… I let this slide as the food is lovely… but today I ordered a kids cheese burger meal which didn’t mention that it’s come with Mayo and lettuce so was expecting it to arrive with ketchup… I then called the restaurant to explain the problem but they worker kept saying that i should have wrote I didn’t want Mayo in the comment section … I then proceed to explain to him that it doesn’t tell you what it comes with so wouldn’t have known to put no Mayo but he just didn’t seem to understand what I meant and just kept repeating that I should have wrote in the comment section… not helpful at all. After going back a forth with him, he then said he would send a new burger out.. which was fine but it’s been over half an hour and still haven’t received it. I cannot believe the fact that I’m writing this as I never really write reviews but I’m so angered that other people should see what a joke of a place this is. We ordered 4 desserts to have after our dinner and one of them was the strawberry cheesecake, it came to us from just eat frozen solid. I rang the place up quite upset and they said they would bring another one, and again the one they’ve brought is also frozen solid. What a complete joke and a waste of money this place is. It’s clear from the other reviews I am not the only one this has happened to. Do not waste your money on this place. You would think that after receiving a complaint the first time you would make sure you’re sending out another one that’s actually edible. Ordered online. Received acknowledgement by return. Delivery in 1 hour. 2 hours later I rang to see when I might expect delivery. Said Internet was down. Reordered on phone, asked if they supplied Salad with orders, don’t know was the reply. Should have rang off at this point, but I was starving. Food arrived 1 hour later. ( 3 hours since initial order) Peri peri chicken had scant sauce on it and on cutting into it found it bloodied. This is a serious health factor. The Lemon flavoured chicken was delivered in a separate bag and the sauce had been ladled into the bag, and had seeped through the main bag and caused it to disintegrate.
