Very disappointed today , so cold inside the hub that myself and my elderly mum had to leave our hats and coats on while we ate , the food once served went cold very quick due to how cold it was there . All the staff would say is the heating is on the highest , been there many times and had no complaints, with the additude of the staff and the cold won't be going back any time soon . Very...

The older staff were unhelpful rud didn’t seem to want to be there , very bad attitude only good thing. A younger girl serving was brilliant can’t see her staying at the job with some off the other staff was really looking forward to this opening but won’t be going there...

They seem to promote big brands but it's actually nothing like what you would expect from EDs and Harry Ramsdens. Poor quality throughout. They even claimed to have run out of white bread despite being located in Sainsburys!! Sadly...
