I encountered an issue where I found a hair in my food. While I understand that accidents can happen, the situation that unfolded afterward was particularly disappointing. I discreetly informed one member of staff about the problem, hoping to resolve the matter quietly. However, despite my efforts to keep the incident low-key, it became apparent to other customers that something was not right, which was quite embarrassing.

Additionally, when I attempted to address the issue further while paying, I felt that the staff member I spoke with did not provide the level of respect and understanding I expected as a customer. There seemed to be a lack of willingness to seriously address my concerns, which led to an uncomfortable situation where I had to advocate strongly for the issue to be taken seriously. Negotiating for acknowledgment and action in such a scenario is distressing and not something a customer should be put through.

Since this issue, I have tried to reach out to the manager for the past 2 weeks, and I've still not managed to get an acknowledgement. Disappointing to...

1st visit here ro celebrate a friends 70th.Lovely big menu with lots of choices.I had The Mussels to start which came as a choice in a creamy dish or with a tomato sauce.I chose tomato and it was lovely with big fresh Mussels. Main I hadOggi seafood spaghetti! This was excellent with some huge quality King Prawns,Squid and Mussels. Desserts were lovely I went for Tiramasu.Washed down with a grappa Liquor coffee. The only reason I am not giving 5* Is for 2 things. My wife's lamb read on a bed of Mash and the Mash was too small A portion more a decoration. My 2nd piece of constructive feedback is champagne 🍾. It came warm and put in a ice bucket 🪣! Im sorry to say but we visited on Friday 21st October. The venue was extremely noisy and due to this we were only served one round during our visit, (giving them the benefit of the doubt as they may have not heard our repeated requests) We did request more drinks on 2 different occasions but we didn't receive these. The food we felt was over priced for the quality and quantity. We left after our main course very disappointed. As you may see from my previous reviews I haven't given many poor reviews and call things as I see them. It was supposed to be a nice meal with friends for my husbands and my wedding anniversary. I think the only positive point is that where the restaurant is situated we managed to get a drink elsewhere without having to walk too far....
