In short: if you’re looking for a good quality, textbook Indian restaurant, this is definitely going to hit the spot.

We came here for a low-key Valentine’s Day dinner based on recommendations from friends.

It was a nice, relaxed night, with the place giving off a good old-fashioned curry-house vibe.

The menu was your standard UK curry-house fare, with lots of options for all tastes, and all of the dishes were well explained.

The pickle tray with the poppadoms was one of the best I’ve had for sheer variety. Portions were generous on both the starter and main. The mains were bought out on a trolley and “finished” by the table on a portable burner. Not sure what that achieved taste-wise, but it was a fun bit of theatre.

The mains were exactly as described in the menu, and rather tasty as well.

The service was good quality, and the staff helpful, friendly and polite.

The price was good for the location, with a meal for two including starters, mains, sides and drinks coming to under £50

Well tonight was a big put off ,didn't book but said we could have table ,ordered drinks as was asked did we want drink only ordered Coke as driving and on pain killers ,was asked do u want poppadoms said please ,drinks came ,coke no taste and flat ,poppadoms came they ok was asked through eating order mains now and we were talking ,ordered hadn't eaten starter when mains came out ,felt like being pushed down a conveyer belt ,just put cutlery down they whisked plates away ,Brough a baileys to use and a chocolate, baileys was cheap and watered down ,asked for bill and they were in such a hurry to get us out plus another table of lads had same experience, and into this they were hoovering around us while we were eating ,health and safety issues a definite, I would of preferred them to say sorry we've finished serving for the night ,not only this but I'm not from syston and travelled hometown sit on loo with a dicky stomach now ,so definitely not returning to...

First of all you are a liar I rang you twice one to say the uber app wasn't working maybe because it was too early to order I then went back into the app and chose collection so I rang you back to tell you i had changed it to collection I did not ring 5 or 6 times. Secondly it's very childish and unprofessional to suggest I only complained because you wudnt deliver to my address 11mins away this was the 1st time asking for delivery I have always collected my food ,maybe not exactly 30 year's but not far from it.Thirdly your menu clearly states tikka is marinated in mild spices this was clearly not the case as it was way too hot maybe you deliberately made it hotter for spite?when I rang and complained the food was too hot you were obviously unclear as to the meaning of the word mild you were very unprofessional and confrontational.
