Domino's Pizza - Loughborough — Restaurant in Charnwood

Not sure if this location is under new management or not now but my recent visit/experience was a HUGE improvement over previous ones. Friendly and helpful staff, nice food and good prices (these had been somewhat varying in the past).

I placed our order over the phone and asked to have it ready for a specific time for collection, I arrive about 10 minutes early but the pizza was ready a couple of minutes before the specified time which was as close to being spot on as I felt necessary. The branch was clean and tidy and looked like it had been refurbished since my previous visit.

First time I ordered from here in about a month ago. Both pizzas came very hot and on time. I did need to call when placing order online to state on cheese on one pizza. Of which when smoothly. (Please add the option for no cheese on your website) Update 20th Sept 2019 Made order online again. And yet again call them to tell them to cheese on one of them. And the guy on the phone started going off on one, asking why I had not told them I didn't need cheese on one them before. Of which, how? Your website doesn't give the option for no cheese and somehow before I call to state no cheese I'm ment to tell you by magic that I don't need cheese on...

I ordered and collected a Hot Tandoori on a buy 1 get 1 free. When I got home I realised the ingredients were widely spread so decided to test something. The main ingredients for me were Tandoori chicken, jalapeño, mushrooms and pepper. So, there were 8 pieces.. 3 did not have chicken, 3 did not have jalapeños and the other 2 either lacked peppers or mushrooms. So, NOT ONE slice was a HOT TANDOORI pizza.
